Brief Introduction of Hydraulic Two Post Car Lifts

With the rapid development of the automotive market, safe operation and correct use of car lifts are directly related to personal safety. The working medium currently mainly uses N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil, which needs to be replaced every three to six months for the first use, and then every other year. Many customers change the hydraulic oil only after the hydraulic failure of the hydraulic 2-post automotive lift. Wait until now to replace the hydraulic oil, the hydraulic system is likely to have been contaminated, which will shorten the service life of hydraulic parts such as the cylinder pump station.

 

The mechanical lock should be sensitive. When people are repairing the car under the automotive two post lift, the safety lock must be in the locked state before working. Some automobile car lift manufacturers have poor reliability of mechanical locks. After customers use them for some time, mechanical locks fail to be repaired in time, which will bring great safety hazards to vehicle maintenance operators.

 

As the main load-bearing system, the plate chain is not a permanent part. Due to the unevenness of the heat treatment material of the chain and the uneven load bearing of the chain pin and the chain hole, the chain will be damaged. Foreign manufacturers require three to four years to replace the chain. Most domestic car lift manufacturers do not specify in the product manual. It is recommended to check regularly after three years. The chain pieces and chain pins of the hydraulic two-post automotive lift that have been used for four years must be replaced together.

 

Lubrication of the joint shaft. Although self-lubricating bushings are added in the sprocket and wire rope synchronous wheel, they will wear out after long-term use. It is recommended to add grease to the bearing wheel every six months. If the rotation gap is found to be greater than 0.2MM, the shaft or wheel bushings must be replaced.

 

As an asynchronous wire rope for maintaining the main and auxiliary lifting frames, try to make the tightness of the two-wire ropes moderate to keep the two lifting frames rising and falling synchronously. When using for some time, if it is found that the main and auxiliary elevators are not synchronized, the tightness of the wire rope must be adjusted in time. Check the condition of the wire rope every six months. If it is found that there are 8 broken wires or broken strands in the same place, or if it is used for more than four years, it must be replaced.
