Two Post Car Lift Installation Steps

Installation Tool Preparation

1. Impact drills, wrenches, hammers, and pendant hammers.
2. One vigor vehicle, No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.

 

Unpack Accessories

1. Unpack the outer packaging and count the accessories.
2. Remove the packing racks of the two columns with a vitality car, and take out the lifting arm inside the column.
3. Place the two uprights at the installation station.

 

Erect The Column to Confirm Size

1. Two post car lift can splice the beam on the ground.
2. The tubing, wires, and wire ropes pass through the beam to the two uprights.
3. Erect the bottom plate double-column lift and confirm the size.
4. The distance between the wall and the floor of the lift is not less than 3 meters.
5. Confirm the middle size of the two columns according to different equipment models.

 

Fixed Expansion Bolt

1. Choose a suitable drill bit according to the size of the expansion bolt.
2. The drilling depth must be about 3 cm longer than the expansion bolt.
3. Clean the dust and put the expansion bolt into the hole.
4. Measure the verticality of the column with a hanging hammer, and fix the expansion screw tightly after adjustment.

 

Fixed Pumping Station

1. Install the pump station on the column.
2. Fix the control box on the column.
3. Connect the limit switch, motor cable, and other wires to the control box.
4. Add No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil to the oil barrel of the pump station.
5. Install the two column car lifting arm, pay attention to the side of the short arm near the front of the car.

 

Turn on The Power Aand Debug the Lift

1. Connect the power cord of the control box to the external power source.
2. Operate the up button to raise the lift by 400mm (unscrew the upper vent hole of the inverted top cylinder, and tighten after discharging the air in the cylinder) The top cylinder does not need to discharge air.
3. Press the down button to bring the lift to the lowest point and tighten the wire rope.
5. Test on the vehicle, raise the vehicle to the highest position and press the lock.

 

Put into Service

1. Lubricate the wire rope of the lift with butter.
2. Apply lubricating oil to the skid of the lift.
3. Check that all oil pipe joints and fixing screws are all tightened.
